Black Pepper Lamb Chops Recipe

Lamb shoulder
Salt to taste
Some Black Pepper
Mix Herbs
Some olive oil
Cooking Method Of Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe:
Marinate the lamb shoulder with all the ingredients for 30 minutes.
Grill the lamb shoulder till thoroughly cooked and dry.
Ingredients Of Black Pepper Sauce:
1 garlic (Pounded)
1 onion (Pounded)
3 tsp black pepper sauce
3 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp of chili sauce
1 tsp corn flour (mix with some water)
Salt to taste
Water (Sufficient)
Cooking oil
Cooking Method Of Black Pepper Sauce:
Heat cooking oil and sauté the garlic and onion till fragrant.
Add the black pepper sauce, soy sauce and chili, stir well.
Add water and corn flour, then stir thoroughly until thickened.
Add salt to taste.
Ingredients Of Mix Vegetables:
Baby Carrots
Large Onion (Sliced)
String Beans (Small Cut)
Wax Beans
Wine
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Cooking Method Of Mix Vegetables:
Heat oil and saute the onion until fragrant.
Add baby carrots and cook until carrots are tender.
Add in those string beans and wax beans. Mix well until cooked.
Add salt and mix until well blended.
Put in the wine and mix well.
